Our Legacy

Nearly 50 Years of
Excellence and
Evolution

From IBM AS/400 to AI-Powered Cloud: A Journey of Innovation, Family Values, and Partnership.

Since 1978, TurningPoint Systems has been more than a software company—we've been a trusted partner to wholesale distributors navigating complex regulatory landscapes and operational challenges. What began as two programmers solving problems for a single customer has evolved into a comprehensive ERP platform serving hundreds of distributors across North America. This is our story of evolution without losing our soul, innovation without abandoning our roots, and growth that honors our legacy while embracing the future.

The Stewards of Success

Behind every smooth implementation, answered support call, and solved problem is a team that has been doing this longer than most software companies have existed. We don’t just sell QwikPoint — we stand behind it.

Chris LeBlanc

Chris LeBlanc

Chief Executive Officer

Chris LeBlanc is the second-generation CEO of TurningPoint Systems, carrying forward a company his father Elery founded in 1978. With deep roots in wholesale distribution and a focus on practical, outcome-driven technology, Chris leads TurningPoint’s mission to help convenience distributors compete, grow, and operate with confidence.

Kirk Visser

Kirk Visser

Sr. Operations Director

Kirk has spent more than 40 years inside the convenience wholesale distribution industry — close enough to the dock floor and the back office to know exactly where the pain is. At TurningPoint, he bridges sales and operations, helping prospective customers understand what QwikPoint can realistically do for their business, and making sure implementations land the way they were promised. When distributors want a straight answer about whether QwikPoint is the right fit, Kirk is the one who gives it to them.

Stephanie Strausser

Stephanie Strausser

Executive Operations Coordinator

Stephanie is the connection point between TurningPoint’s teams and our customers. She keeps daily operations running smoothly — from managing accounts and coordinating departments to making sure every request is handled quickly and accurately. Customers know Stephanie for her responsiveness, attention to detail, and genuine care in every interaction. Her goal is simple: to make it easy for our partners to do business with us and feel confident they’re always supported.

Rick Gabrielli

Rick Gabrielli

Chief Technology Officer

Rick brings more than 40 years of software experience to TurningPoint, including 20+ years focused specifically on supply chain management systems. He has spent his career at the intersection of software architecture and practical business need — building systems that don’t just work technically, but work for the people who depend on them every day. At TurningPoint, he leads the engineering vision behind QwikPoint, overseeing platform development, infrastructure, and the technology roadmap that keeps TPS at the front edge of what distributors need. For customers, Rick represents a promise: that the software they run their business on is built with care, maintained with discipline, and always moving forward.

Evan LeBlanc

Evan LeBlanc

Sales

Evan is TurningPoint’s front line for every new customer relationship. As the primary point of contact for sales and business development, he works directly with distributors to understand their operations, identify where QwikPoint can make a measurable difference, and guide them through the process from first conversation to signed agreement. Evan grew up around this industry — he is the third generation of the LeBlanc family at TurningPoint — and he brings that combination of genuine familiarity with the business and real enthusiasm for what the platform can do. If you’re exploring QwikPoint for the first time, or ready to have a serious conversation about fit, Evan is your person.

Mark Jackson

Mark Jackson

Project Manager / Customer Support

Mark brings 25 years of distribution management experience to every customer relationship at TurningPoint.
